Job Title: Performance Marketing Analyst
Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid / Remote)

What You’ll Do
As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you’ll take ownership of driving ROI-focused digital campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll plan, execute, analyze, and optimize performance marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, drive conversions, and scale business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
- Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to meet CPA, ROAS, and funnel goals
- Track campaign performance via Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and custom dashboards
- Perform audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimisation
- Collaborate with creative teams for landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging
- Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour
- Recommend and test new platforms or strategies (YouTube, WhatsApp, influencer performance, etc.)
You’ll Excel If You Have:
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital analytics
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Hotjar
- Strong analytical mindset and ROI-first thinking
- Experience with attribution models and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, consumer tech, or early-stage startups
