Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and convert inquiries into walk-ins (appointments).
- Coordinate with specialists for follow-ups on non-booked appointments and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Contact existing and potential customers, provide relevant information about company services, and follow up to ensure conversion.
- Use sales scripts provided by the company to effectively drive sales.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services to provide appropriate recommendations based on customer needs.
- Communicate pricing details clearly and close deals efficiently.
- Proactively generate new business from both new and existing clients.
- Work towards achieving strict sales targets.
- Build and maintain a monthly sales pipeline to meet targets.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and further engagement.
- Consistently meet individual sales targets in terms of call volume and monthly revenue.
- Monitor and track lead conversions through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain and update sales-related documentation, including records of booked and non-booked clients.
- No cold calling involved.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance the marketing strategy.
