Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to engage with targeted virtual communities, drive customer engagement, and increase website traffic. The ideal candidate will strategize and execute compelling social media campaigns while managing customer interactions and optimizing content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

Design and implement social media strategies through competitive research, benchmarking, and audience identification.

Optimize company pages for increased visibility across platforms.

Content Creation & Management:

Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content (text, images, video, HTML).

Manage editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

Collaborate with graphic designers and creative teams for crisp creative briefs.

Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments in an authentic tone, fostering meaningful customer engagement.

Oversee and moderate user-generated content following community guidelines.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Deliver monthly analytics reports to assess and optimize performance.

Requirements

Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.

Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies.

Skills:

Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities.

Knowledge of SEO, CRO, web design, and web development.

Proficiency in social analytics tools and content optimization.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations (Preferred).
