About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to handle export cargo bookings, documentation, and coordination with airlines and freight forwarders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in freight forwarding, air export & import operations.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Address customer inquiries and service requests.
✔ Coordinate export cargo bookings with airlines and freight forwarders.
✔ Manage shipment documentation, including FHL & FWB transfers.
✔ Send pre-alerts and necessary updates to customers.
✔ Ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Customer Service.
✅ At least 3 years of experience in Air Export & Import operations.
✅ Strong knowledge of airline booking procedures & documentation.
✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Compensation & Benefits
✔ Pay Structure: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month
