Job Description
Position: Chief - FOQC (Flight Operations Quality and Compliance)
Reports to: Head - Flight Operations Quality and Compliance
The Chief - FOQC is responsible for assisting with the quality, documentation, and regulatory requirements within the Flight Operations department.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Audits: Assist in conducting internal audits, including the BCP (Business Continuity Plan) review within Flight Operations.
- Documentation Coordination: Manage and coordinate controlled documentation (Manuals, DPM, Forms, Reports, and Publications) to ensure standardization.
- Report Creation: Ensure that reports are developed to the highest standards, considering human factors and collaborating with the Document Owner to provide user-friendly and effective documentation.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance and adequacy of procedures in accordance with regulatory, IOSA, and company requirements.
- Change Management: Track and manage the change management process within Flight Operations.
- Coordination for External Audits: Liaise with relevant business units to ensure timely preparation for external audits such as DGCA, IOSA, etc.
- External Liaison: Coordinate with external bodies like DGCA and IOSA on quality, documentation, and regulatory matters.
- Other Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications
- Minimum Experience: 1 year of work experience.
- Preferred Experience: 1 year of relevant aviation experience.
- Education: Graduate from a recognized university.
