Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Air Ticketing Executive to join our Air Ticketing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for flight bookings, ticket issuance, reservation management, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for both domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and issue domestic and international tickets via GDS platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

Handle airline reservations, fare calculations, re-issuances, cancellations, and refunds.

Provide accurate information on flight schedules, pricing, and travel options to clients.

Manage urgent ticketing requests, corporate travel, and group bookings.

Stay informed about airline policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations.

Coordinate with airline representatives and travel suppliers to resolve any issues.

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or walk-ins promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in air ticketing and reservations.

Proficiency in GDS platforms: Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

Solid knowledge of airline fares, ticketing rules, and industry practices.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of visa and travel documentation is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

IATA certification or a diploma in Travel and Tourism.

Experience with corporate and group ticketing.

Multilingual abilities (English + local or international language) are a plus.
