Senior Ticketing Executive – Urgent Hiring

???? Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Support:
- Communicate with customers to answer queries about tickets, pricing, and flight schedules.
✅ Ticketing Operations:
- Book, reschedule, cancel, and reissue domestic and international tickets.
- Handle group and couple tour bookings efficiently.
- Process electronic ticketing requests via phone.
✅ Payment & Documentation:
- Collect payments through cash, credit card, and cheque transactions.
- Enter customer details into the system to issue tickets or update records.
- Generate invoices for tickets.
- Explain applicable fees and taxes for each booking.
✅ Airport Assistance:
- Process boarding passes and verify passenger identification before terminal entry.
Skills Required:
✔ Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
✔ Proficiency in Amadeus software.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic ticketing issuance.
✔ At least 1 year of experience in international ticketing.
