???? Job Summary:

We’re seeking a well-spoken, customer-centric Travel Executive / Personal Concierge to handle end-to-end travel planning for our clients. This includes flight and hotel bookings, visa processing, and customized itinerary creation, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience.


???? Key Responsibilities:

????️ Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media

  • Assist with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and changes

  • Resolve complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels

???? Product Knowledge

  • Provide information about destinations, schedules, hotels, and packages

  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and travel promotions

???? Booking & Reservations

  • Make and manage travel arrangements: flights, hotels, car rentals, tours

  • Issue tickets and finalize itineraries

???? Issue Resolution

  • Handle disruptions such as delays or cancellations

  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to resolve issues

???? Sales & Upselling

  • Promote services like travel insurance and premium upgrades

  • Cross-sell packages based on customer preferences

????️ Customer Feedback

  • Collect feedback and offer service improvements

  • Monitor satisfaction and track recurring issues

???? Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

  • Prepare reports on customer concerns and travel trends

???? Emergency Support

  • Assist during crises like missed flights or lost baggage

  • Provide calm, empathetic guidance during emergencies


???? Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a travel agency

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills

  • Customer Service: Focused on satisfaction and issue resolution

  • Problem Solving: Quick thinking and practical

  • Travel Industry Knowledge: Understanding of global destinations, travel tools, and regulations

  • Detail-Oriented: Accurate bookings and documentation
