Position Overview:
We are looking for a Home Loan Sales Executive to join our team and manage sales of home loans, mortgage loans, and related products in the assigned branch. This role involves meeting with clients, identifying new sources from the assigned geography, and building strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales of Loans: Handle sales for LAP (Loan Against Property), Mortgage Loans, Business Loans, Gold Loans, and related products in the assigned branch.

Business Development: Identify new sources and build relationships with potential clients in the assigned geography.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships post-disbursement to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain good working relationships with other support teams.

Process Adherence: Follow organizational procedures and processes in 100% of the cases.

Delinquency Support: Assist the collections team in handling any delinquencies on the branch portfolio.

Field Sales: Engage in field sales activities as part of the role.

Product Handling: Manage products like Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Salaried Construction Loans, and LAP.
