Telecaller Executive (Remote)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities
-
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.

Inform clients about products, services, and offers.

Follow up on leads and previous interactions.

Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and outcomes.

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

Consistently meet or exceed call and sales targets.
Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion and patience.

Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, Excel, etc.).

Multilingual ability is a plus.

Confident, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
Telecalling Types
-
Outbound Telecalling: Promote or sell services/products via outgoing calls.

Inbound Telecalling: Address support, queries, and complaints via incoming calls.
Qualifications

Minimum: High School/Diploma
