Position: Telecaller (Part-time)

Responsibilities
???? Call Management:

Make outbound calls to promote products/services and generate sales leads.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
????️ Customer Communication:

Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing.

Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
????️ Record Keeping & Targets:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications
✅ Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade and influence customers.

Patience and resilience when handling inquiries or complaints.
