Job Overview
We are hiring women for the role of Real Estate Telemarketer to join our sales team. If you have experience in telecalling, that's a plus! However, freshers and those from non-sales backgrounds who are eager to start a career in sales are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
???? Conduct outbound phone calls to potential customers using leads from databases, lists, or referrals.
???? Identify leads interested in buying, selling, or renting properties and verify their qualifications.
???? Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
???? Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, features, and locations.
???? Schedule meetings, property tours, and client consultations with the company.
???? Conduct regular follow-up calls to keep clients engaged and updated on new listings.
???? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales processes in the CRM system.
Skills Required
✔ Excellent Communication – Clear, confident, and engaging verbal skills.
✔ Active Listening – Ability to understand customer preferences and needs.
✔ Persuasion & Sales Skills – Using compelling language to convert leads into sales.

Pay & Benefits

Experience & Qualifications
