Position Overview:

Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive business growth globally. The position requires hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads, with a strong focus on international digital marketing strategies. Collaboration with creative and analytics teams is essential for ensuring campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns targeting international markets.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Budget Management: Allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI across multiple campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor and audience analysis to refine ad strategies for different regions.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages aligned with campaign objectives.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to identify high-performing elements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Industry Updates: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially for Meta Ads and Google Ads targeting global audiences.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for international markets.
- Campaign Expertise: Proven experience in global campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, including Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities with experience in performance tracking and optimization.
- Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to develop creative solutions for complex marketing challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Preferred Certifications: Google Ads Certification and Facebook Blueprint Certification are a plus.
