Job Summary:

At Sequoia Connect, we provide IT Services and Technical Recruiting solutions for global companies. We are looking for a driven IT Talent Sourcer (Fresher) to support the growth of our Global IT Talent Acquisition teams. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiting teams to develop creative strategies for sourcing top candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing methods to identify and attract top IT talent across North America and LATAM.
  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, web searches, and referral generation.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the Sequoia Connect brand to create buzz and connect with potential candidates.
  • Social Media Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to manage social media channels, increase engagement, and promote job opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Deliver content-driven messages, manage online events, and promote Sequoia's services and career opportunities.
  • Technology Utilization: Become a SmartRecruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter expert to build talent pools and nurture potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct pre-screening interviews and collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and recruiting teams for a successful hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: We are looking for individuals with a strong attitude to learn and grow.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in talent sourcing or recruitment is a plus.
  • Recruiting Knowledge: Exposure to recruiting in North America, RPO, or agency environments is preferred.
  • Sales & Marketing Mindset: Strong communication and networking skills with a natural flair for engaging with people.
  • Digital Savvy: Knowledge of social media engagement and content creation.
  • Technically Proficient: Comfortable using various systems and tools, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, teamwork abilities, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish proficiency is desired.
  • Personal Attributes: High integrity, sense of responsibility, and a drive to improve efficiency in processes.
