Who We Are Looking For
We need a Customer Support Consultant to be the go-to expert for police and security organizations using our software. Your role is to:
✔ Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
✔ Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues (not just asking if they restarted the system!).
✔ Work closely with Engineering Consultants and Developers to resolve issues.
✔ Keep customers updated on software releases, common bugs, and solutions.
✔ Offer proactive advice to ensure customers get the most out of our solutions.
✔ Occasionally travel to Northern & Western Europe for on-site support.
Every day, your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while delivering top-tier technical support.
Skills & Requirements
✔ Technical Education (to quickly master the role).
✔ Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
✔ Knowledge of network equipment & SQL database management.
✔ Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., Elasticsearch) or willingness to learn.
✔ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
✔ Ability to switch tasks quickly and multitask effectively.
✔ Fluent in English & German (Dutch is a plus).
✔ Must be based in Spain and possess a NIE number.
✔ Willingness to travel within Europe if required.
✔ Flexible to work on other Decos products if needed.
