What You’ll Do

Platform Expertise:
-
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of industry best practices, business processes, o9’s solutions, and technical architecture.

Ensure solution usability and uptime by resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring data accuracy, and validating end-to-end workflows.

Issue Resolution & Upgrades:
-
Act as the single point of contact for platform-level upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
-
Identify design issues, collaborate with other o9 consultants, and deliver effective solutions to complex supply chain problems.

Configuration & Change Management:
-
Configure the o9 platform based on change requests and post-go-live enhancements.
-
Deliver configurations that address deep operational and supply chain challenges.
-

Testing & Support:
-
Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases.
-
Troubleshoot bugs/issues and track resolution progress using support tools.
-

User Training & Collaboration:
-
Support Super User and End User training for a global user base.
-
Work closely with development and operations teams to improve internal processes and product features based on customer feedback.

What You’ll Need
✅ Experience:
-
2+ years of experience implementing planning applications is mandatory.
✅ Education:
-
B.Tech/BE/MCA/M.Tech or equivalent degree.
✅ Technical Skills:
-
Languages: SQL, MDX, T-SQL (or similar languages).
-
Desirable: Statistical, optimization, and simulation tools (e.g., R, SAS, CPLEX).
✅ Domain Knowledge:
-
Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including:
-
Demand Management
-
Distribution Planning
-
Master Planning
-
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
-
✅ Soft Skills:
-
Leadership: Ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.

Communication: Clear, patient communicator who can effectively convey ideas and manage customer expectations under pressure.

Analytical Thinking: Capable of processing large datasets and using intuition to prioritize the most valuable opportunities or biggest risks.
