Key Responsibilities
-
Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective door-to-door pricing strategies for both Standard and ODC (Over-Dimensional Cargo) containers.

Manage daily RFQ pricing activities.
-
Coordinate with shipping lines, vendors, overseas offices, and other stakeholders to gather competitive costs.

Ensure timely quotations for customers, sales teams, and global partners.

Maintain strong working relationships with vendors: shipping lines, CHAs, transporters, and overseas offices.

Prepare accurate Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and Monthly MIS reports for management.

Track and manage shipments to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

Analyze and enhance pricing workflows for better performance and turnaround.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Knowledge
-
4–6 years of experience in a Freight Forwarding company.
-
Strong understanding of forwarding and project logistics.
-
In-depth knowledge of pricing across all container types – Standard, Special, and ODC.
-
Experience with Breakbulk pricing is a plus.
-
Familiarity with import/export pricing for door-to-door logistics.
Skills & Competencies
-
Excellent written and spoken English; working knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Experience in working with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-
Passionate about handling ODC and standard container shipments.
-
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Good industry contacts with shipping lines, airlines, and other logistics vendors.

Education: Graduate (course in Freight Forwarding is a plus).
