We are hiring a Medical Representative in Delhi to promote our company’s medications, prescription drugs, and medical equipment. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals looking to break into the pharmaceutical sales industry.
The Medical Representative will be responsible for building relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals, increasing product awareness, providing product presentations, and ensuring repeat business.
Promote and sell the company's medical products to healthcare professionals.
Schedule appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
Develop an in-depth understanding of product offerings.
Maintain strong business relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
Follow up on leads and customer interactions.
Research competitors and market dynamics.
Stay up to date with developments in the medical and pharmaceutical industry.
Engage with healthcare personnel in both community and hospital settings.
Identify new opportunities through detailed market research.
Handle contracts, maintain documentation, and manage budgets.
Attend and organize medical conferences, trade shows, and seminars.
Fulfill the scientific and business demands of healthcare providers.
Analyze sales performance reports and strategize accordingly.
Demonstrate professionalism in dress, communication, and client handling.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
High level of commercial awareness and research capability.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Any relevant medical sales certification is a plus.
Proven experience in medical/pharma sales is an added advantage.
