Agency Channel /POS Management
1. Monitoring Agent performance on the common variables of segment way to the market -Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures.
2. Maintaining the high acƟve percentage of POS.
3. Controlling AƩriƟon of POS Agents.
4. Ensuring high producƟvity of team and POS and manage the right level of channel engagement with the POS.
Channel Servicing
1. ReconciliaƟon of partner accounts and coordinaƟon with all the departments for same
Profitability
1. Work on various market dynamics and provide feedback for the improvement in the internal organisaƟon to cope up with the same.
2. Management of loss raƟos.
Compliance & Hygiene
1. To ensure compliance with the external bodies and other authoriƟes.
2. Ensure internal compliance.
3. Manage cheque bounce recovery and business pendency.
4. Other responsibiliƟes as per the KPI and growth factors.
