About the Role -We’re looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and customer communication at Mosquito Free World. You’ll be responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating with the field sales team, and ensuring seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities-
· Prepare Techno-Commercial Offers: Develop detailed proposals that combine technical specifications with commercial terms to meet client needs.
· Generate Proforma Invoices: Create preliminary invoices outlining the agreed-upon products, services, pricing, and delivery details to facilitate client approval.
· Conduct Customer Follow-ups: Engage with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
· Manage Payment Follow-ups: Monitor payment schedules, send reminders, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments.
· Perform Service and Consumable Sales Calls: Reach out to existing and potential clients to promote services and consumable products, aiming to expand sales opportunities.
· Retrieve and Update Customer Data: Access and maintain accurate records of existing customers to identify opportunities for repeat business and personalized service.
· Distinguish Between Project and Retail Calls: Identify and categorize sales opportunities appropriately, tailoring approaches for project-based clients and retail customers to maximize effectiveness.
Requirements-BBA+MBA/ BSC+Marketing Sales
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Prior experience in B2C/B2B support is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:
