Roles and Responsibilities
✔ Assist customers in identifying and planning their ideal travel itineraries.
✔ Handle ticket issuance, re-issuance, refunds, date & schedule changes.
✔ Convert PPC calls effectively into successful bookings.
✔ Negotiate and customize travel plans as per client requirements.
✔ Maintain a comprehensive database of customer details and travel records.
✔ Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
✔ Provide excellent customer service and handle trip-related issues.
✔ Collaborate with airlines and manage customer interactions confidently.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 1+ years of experience in US Inbound Travel Sales (Voice Process).
✅ Proficient in any GDS system (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan).
✅ Strong knowledge of geography, city codes, airports, and travel routes.
✅ Exceptional communication skills (English – verbal & written).
✅ Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
