Position Overview

We’re seeking a Sales Operations and Lead Generation Manager to support our USA-based sales and marketing team from India. This position requires exceptional English communication skills and the ability to work during regular US business hours (EST). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of U.S. business practices and customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations

  • Manage and optimize sales processes, tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Create and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline operations.

  • Analyze sales data for trends, forecasting, and actionable insights.

  • Ensure CRM data compliance with data protection best practices.

Lead Generation

  • Design and execute US-market focused lead generation strategies across multiple channels.

  • Ensure high-quality lead output aligned with sales targets.

  • Manage and monitor lead tracking systems and handoffs to the sales team.

  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.

  • Develop persuasive outreach content (emails, presentations, messaging).

Customer Support Collaboration

  • Serve as a communication bridge between India-based teams and US customers.

  • Ensure quick, clear resolution of customer and sales team queries.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or lead generation, preferably for US markets.

  • Proven experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong ability to work independently during US business hours while managing remote collaboration.
