As a Sales Representative, you’ll be at the frontline of our healthcare call center, managing patient inquiries, promoting services, and scheduling appointments. Your communication skills and service excellence will be key in driving patient satisfaction and service utilization.
Inbound Calls: Answer patient inquiries and provide service-related information.
Outbound Calls: Confirm/reschedule appointments, collect feedback, and express gratitude.
Sales Engagement: Upsell services and products while meeting sales targets.
Multichannel Support: Assist patients via email, SMS, and chat.
Documentation: Record all interactions in compliance with company policy.
Training: Participate in regular training and development programs.
Schedule and confirm appointments via calls and digital platforms.
Respond to concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, labs, and home visit teams.
Use automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
Participate in team meetings and performance reviews.
Be flexible with scheduling, including holidays and overtime.
Education & Certifications
Minimum: Completion of 2 years of college or equivalent training.
Experience & Skills
1+ year of sales experience (Required).
1–2 years in customer service, preferably healthcare-related.
Familiarity with EMRs (e.g., eClinicalWorks), HIPAA (Preferred).
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.
Knowledge of data privacy practices and security.
Technical Requirements
Internet: Wired connection, minimum 100 Mbps.
Device: Laptop/PC with Intel i5/Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage.
OS: Windows 10/macOS (latest version).
Other: Webcam (720p+), microphone, antivirus software.
Preferred: VPN and dual-screen setup.
Backup: Reliable power and internet backup systems.
