Job Overview
Disney is looking for a proactive and results-driven Vendor Consultant to join our team in India. This role involves collaborating with vendors to enhance their performance, optimize their operations, and grow their businesses on Disney's platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding vendor experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, offering support and guidance to improve their performance metrics.
- Analyze vendor performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to vendors on optimizing pricing, inventory, and operational processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve vendor issues and streamline processes.
- Conduct regular business reviews with vendors, sharing updates on performance metrics and key insights.
- Assist vendors in implementing best practices to enhance their presence and sales on Disney's platform.
- Foster vendor satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships and ensuring prompt resolution of queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in vendor management, account management, or ecommerce operations.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketplaces is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours, including occasional weekend or evening support based on business needs.

- Knowledge of ecommerce trends and vendor performance metrics.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
