Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate (Customer Support – Non-Voice)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Sector 63, shifting to Sector 142 in 2-3 months)

Salary & Designation
- Associate: ₹2,50,000 - ₹2,75,000 per annum (6 months - 1 year of experience)
- Senior Associate: ₹3,20,000 per annum (More than 1 year of BPO experience)
Work Schedule
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (includes night shifts and odd hours)
- Working Days: 5 days a week (Rotational week offs)
- Cab Facility: Provided for odd-hour shifts
- Training: 30 days (includes 6 days of training and nesting)

Job Requirements
- Education: Graduates with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Experience:
- Minimum 6-12 months in a customer service BPO role for Associates
- Minimum 1 year of Travel/Aviation experience for Senior Associates/SMEs
Job Responsibilities
- Assist airline passengers with ticketing and luggage-related queries via chat and email
- Provide excellent customer support to resolve passenger concerns efficiently

- Assessments:
- Typing test (Virtual) – Minimum 25-30 WPM required
- Versant test (In-office)
