Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to assist and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in market research, sales documentation, and order processing.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Assist and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams
✔ Conduct market research to support business strategies
✔ Prepare and manage sales documents (inquiries, quotations, order acceptance)
✔ Collect and analyze sales data for report preparation
✔ Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly order reports
✔ Draft and send promotional emails and invitational letters
✔ Manage order processing initiatives efficiently
✔ Define scope of supply for standard and non-standard inquiries
✔ Generate periodic MIS reports
