Job Overview
We are seeking a customer service professional based in Bangalore or Chennai, with 2-4 years of experience in the automotive bodyshop and repair industry. This role is responsible for product support in Punjab & North India and will act as a training facilitator for dealership officials, body shop managers, and advisors.
Initially, the job requires frequent travel to dealerships, which will gradually decrease over time.
Key Responsibilities

Training Facilitation:
- Conduct in-person or online product training for dealership staff.
- Ensure timely attendance at training sessions and maintain training schedules.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports to support training programs and enhancements.
- Maintain records of training materials, feedback, and attendance.

Training Development & Evaluation:
- Create training session materials tailored to dealership needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and validation metrics.

Continuous Support:
- Provide ongoing support to trainees before, during, and after training sessions.

Industry Expertise:
- Stay updated on latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Travel & Regional Adaptation:
- Be flexible and open to daily travel to multiple locations.
- Knowledge of regional languages is essential; being bilingual is an advantage.

Technology Adaptability:
- Be open to learning new software and spreading technical knowledge across the region.

Automotive Industry Background (Preferred):
- Experience in automobiles or a body shop would be advantageous.
