About the Role

The Global Sales Trainer is a critical and exciting role on Apollo’s Customer Education team. As a sales expert with a deep background in prospecting, sales engagement, negotiation, sales management, and sales enablement, you will help millions of Apollo users master the art of sales.

You will work closely with Customer Education, Content Marketing, and Onboarding teams to develop engaging training content, including videos and written materials for Apollo Academy. Your expertise will drive user activation and retention, ensuring customers maximize Apollo’s platform.

If you are a dynamic on-camera presence, a fluent communicator in English and Hindi, and passionate about sales training, this is the perfect role for you!


Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise & Training

  • Master Apollo’s product across all use cases and product lines
  • Host daily live training sessions for new users (2-3 sessions per day)
  • Create engaging, high-impact ‘how-to’ videos for Apollo Academy and in-product use

Content Development & Certification Programs

  • Develop certification tracks for employees, partners, and users in Apollo Academy
  • Interview Apollo users, customers, and employees to uncover winning strategies
  • Produce written and video-based training content to enhance sales effectiveness

User Engagement & Impact Measurement

  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of training programs
  • Adjust strategies based on user feedback and training performance data

What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

5-7+ years of experience in software sales, sales development, or sales management (including at least 3 years in a closing role)
✔ Strong expertise in sales intelligence, sales engagement, automation, and conversation intelligence tools
✔ A portfolio of training videos or ‘how-to’ content, showcasing on-camera presence and hosting skills
Outstanding extemporaneous speaking skills – ability to deliver compelling content without extensive scripting
✔ Proven ability to drive measurable results in sales training, with testimonials from successful sales professionals
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines
Fluent in English and Hindi
