Job Overview:

As a Customer Service & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with customers, handling inquiries, ensuring the quality of products, and meeting sales targets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Service:

  • Greet clients, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Understand client needs, guide them to appropriate products, and close sales effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about jewelry, including materials, gemstones, and certifications.
  • Address client requests, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a top-notch experience.

Sales:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell jewelry or services based on customer needs.
  • Report sales details and provide feedback to supervisors.
  • Ensure jewelry displays are organized and attractive.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales team and store staff to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
  • Maintain feedback and regularly follow up with clients.

Inventory Management:

  • Track jewelry stock levels and alert the team about low stock.
  • Conduct daily and weekly stock checks for gold and silver products.
  • Assist with monthly stock checks and ensure item safety.

Store Maintenance & Policies:

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Ensure products are displayed correctly and safely.
  • Handle billing, documentation, and security protocols.
  • Follow store policies related to sales, discounts, and exchanges.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the store's jewelry offerings, features, and pricing.
  • Educate clients about jewelry care, quality, and value.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and promotional offers.
  • Encourage clients to provide business references and manage follow-ups.

Working Hours:

  • Female: 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM
  • Male: 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM
