Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet client acquisition and revenue growth targets. The role involves leading a team, creating sales strategies, and supporting those strategies to the upper management. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, and experience managing American clients is a bonus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management & Sales Strategy:

    • Lead the sales team to achieve growth and meet sales targets.
    • Plan and implement a strategic business plan to expand the client base and build strong customer relationships.
    • Oversee target setting, training, and performance monitoring for sales agents.
  • Client Engagement & Reporting:

    • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs.
    • Present sales, revenue, and cost reports with realistic forecasts to the management team.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market shifts, staying updated on new products and competitors.
  • Operational Support & IT Management:

    • Ensure smooth operations by managing administrative duties, including database updates and client records.
    • Support the team with IT needs, including weekly computer backups, software updates, and network management.
    • Assist in recruiting new team members as needed.
  • Training & Mentorship:

    • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to help team members perform their tasks efficiently.
    • Support marketing efforts and promote continuous personal and professional growth within the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a salesperson and team lead, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience working with American clients is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in sales management and 1 year in cold calling.

Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Compensation:

  • Starting monthly salary: ₹40,000
  • Opportunity to earn monthly incentives and commissions.
  • Potential for a group reward after achieving set targets.
  • Training stipend: ₹20,000.
