Pay: ₹250 per day

Location: Mumbai District, Maharashtra (Hybrid Work)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (20–32 hours per week)

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to monitor the Indian sales market, identify business opportunities, build a client base, and manage the full sales cycle. This position requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of CRM systems, and the ability to manage government tenders and contracts.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Systematically monitor the Indian sales market to identify new sales opportunities.
Analyze the product market to find and develop promising sales areas.
Client Management:
Build and maintain a client database.
Conduct negotiations with potential customers regarding products, prices, and order volumes.
Manage and monitor contracts from signing through successful completion.
Tender & Government Projects:
Develop and implement strategies for tender participation.
Ensure compliance with government order regulations and facilitate smooth delivery.
Operations & Reporting:
Prepare contracts and track implementation to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Provide daily task reports and participate in weekly project board meetings.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in:
Microsoft Excel (Required)
CRM systems (Required)
Sales (Required)
Experience working with government orders and on tender platforms (Preferred).
Language Skills:
English (B2 level – Required)
Fluent Hindi (Required)
Additional languages (Advantageous).
Skills:
Client base development and management.
Contract preparation and negotiation.
Flexibility for business trips as needed.
Remote/Hybrid work model.
5 workdays per week (Monday to Friday).
Starting Salary: From 250 EUR.
